Wakeup as early as 4.30am to get prepare… Drove from Kuchai Lama to Semenyih which takes around 1 hour. Once reached there, we started our journey into palm oil estate armed with torch light… it take approx 1 hour to rich the top…

Below are the things you might consider bringing

1. Camera
2. Towel
3. Extra shirt, you can leave it in your car
4. Water, one bottle of 500ml to 1000ml… dont carry too heavy
5. Torchlight (prefer those bright LED light & if possible can be mounted on the head)
6. Shoes (good shoes to ensure you wont slip)…. those cheap RM15 to 20 rubber shoe will be ok.
7. Cap & shade (especially during sunny day)

Went to LookOut Point at Hulu Langat with friends.
That place is a very nice place to enjoy KL city night view…

I can see 2 place to eat, Gasoline, Bread & Olive. The food from bread & olive is kinda sucks & pricy… 1 mexican chicken (RM15.50) & banana juice (RM8) total aroun RM25 including 5% tax.

During the blood test, the nurse have to poke me twice in order to get enough blood, pain is all I can feel…

Got my first perfume from KLCC… Brand Issey Miyake.
I would say, the smell is wonderful. But I also have friend that say the perfume smell like soap.
I guess different people prefer different smell.

When I first got the “box” wrap in leaf, i thought it was opium or some sort… hahaha but the fact is a box of tea.

Have lunch with wai kin, cynthia, yau, mun yee & kim seng at jalan 5 fish head. The food is bloody tasty, i guess ajinomoto at work.

Night time have Italian dinner at Italiannise The Garden Mid Valley. Me, Kenneth, Wei Chin, took the set menus complete with starter, main course & dessert. Very nice especially the dish call angel hair (noodle + tomatoes + cheese + garlic)… but is over kill for us as the food portion is too much some more we are 3 person having 4 person servings… imagine that. After dinner we have a round of bowling session, lost my RM5 bet, kenneth won with 130 points but unable to break my all time best record of 178 point.
