Chronology of events as follow:
- 23/07/2015 – Submitted a port in request to XOX to port my existing number from Tune Talk to XOX
- 24/07/2015 – Received an email that my port in request was rejected by Tune Talk due to my NRIC provided is incorrect
- 24/07/2015 – Contacted Tune Talk customer service via live chat to check on whether my NRIC and details submitted matches the record in their system. Their customer service confirmed that all details submitted matches their record and request me to email them additional information.
- 24/07/2015 – Emailed Tune Talk customer service additional information required and got an response saying all my details matches the records on their system and “sorry for the inconvenience caused”. In the mean time asking me to wait another 24 hour before send another port out request.
What a bad service by Tune Talk as I never have this kind problem when porting out from XOX, Maxis and UMobile before.
